Is Singapore Changi Airport operating on much shorter working hours than Hongkong Airport?

Variance: minus 10% lesser a day is a lot.
No use W/O increasing numbers of Changi airport arrival

Go spend 48 hours at Changi Airport and see whether they work right through 24hours. You’ll see aircraft landing every few minutes. Hat will answer your own question to #2 of this thread.
.on records

Putting things in perspectives, airtraffic controllers handling the numbers of flights @ Changi Airport never come close to beating Hongkong airtraffic controllers.

Disappointment 😥
Do they deserved bonus?

Changi airport staff given 6.65 months bonus plus ex gratia bonus of 1.5 months

SIA employees given 8 months bonus.

Far Over rated and over paid above industry average

You jealous they received so much bonus for their hard work whilst you got none working in down under?
The companies profits are shared with the employees who did a good job for them. They deserved it.
