The drug lords wants the police chief and Duterte dead. But Duterte is going for the Mayor job, and hopefully his tracks is covered by police...

Actually, it is a totally wrong picture. The drug lords are the ones that go scot-free and it is those runners that are gunned down. Undoubtedly, some innocent ones are also killed by mistakes.

The country has been doing very well for the past few years till the Covid comes in. It becomes a far away place.
