Yesterday I went to JB to see my dentist.

It has been since before pandemic in 2019 when I last saw him.

When I got there, there was only one Singaporean mum with her kid ...I think there to fix braces.

He saw me and dis a check. Told me all okay. Just need to do scaling.

My last cavity was in 2018, 5yrs ago. After that I decided to do a toothbrush switch.

I found some reports that flat bristle toothbrush does not clean thoroughly...your teeth is arranged in a semi-circular/oval manner so a normal flat bristle toothbrush does not cover your dental surfaces well. It also does not get jbto the gaps well.

The solution is to use toothbrush better shaped for your teeth either zig zag or curved.

I switched tk this one and had no problems with my teeth since the switch.

Using toothbrush is not enough.
You need to do flossing and dental scraping yourself.

Brush teeth after every meal
Brush the gaps where food is stuck.

kan nah sai................i use far better toothbrushes also no diff.............


daily = do oil-pulling + use mouthwash with hydrogen peroxide.............you'll never see a dentist again.........

Neem sticks are the best natural toothbrush.

Seems like sgbutt is very fond of using Chinese products.

Your nitric oxide must be extremely low

I suspect you hv many health issues now

Why is it you have something against China products? ...they are not made by Xi or the CCP...
