the finding is that the JCG plane is trying to find the red light on the taxi but wander onto the runway
cause the red light is OUT OF SERVICE or not lighted up

but they do not know english

Is communication with coast plane same as commercial plane, all in English?
Never add in any Japanese wordings?

Whatever reason just part of bad karma lah, can or not?
