Because of tray return policy, the “cleaners” dont bother to check and clean. It pass the bucks to the customers to clean the trays.
now the best job in SGP is the cleaner in HC.
they just sit there chit chatting and collect pay.

Kaki Bukit is not Bedok but rather Eunos. So what is the fuss since this is a common sight?

Poor pleasants eating at hawker centers and complaint. No such issue if eat at restaurants or eat at home!
