one of my relative straight go buy condo , he also got another condo rent out
whereas another relative buy HDB first than buy condo, rent out two condo.
According from HDB rule, the first relative which he buy condo first, cannot buy HDB must sell off his condo.
Whereas the 2nd relative who own HDB flat also condo no need  to do anything yet profit more .

How come you dunno unless you're not Singaporean? Your relative already so rich and owned a condo still wants to own a subsidized HDB meant for people with no house.  Greed knows no bounds

Many Singaporeans are doing that lah! 

 They own a condo or landed property and also a HDB flat then rent out lah! You also can mah!
