Is it successful finally? Money well spend or not ?....any auditing done ?
Look at how our 3G Govt lead 4G tells you clearly to stop dreaming.
They will waste it on some other trivialities anyway
From the govt's track record so far, the scheme should be a failure. The govt likes to do things that look very meaningful but in fact, the execution of plans is terrible. Why so? The people who contrive the plans do so only to get their promotion but is not interested in the finer details of execution, which is undoubtedly more difficult and important.
