Public transport are usually not taken by ppl who drive which include civil service top servants and miw (with one say everyone have a car as they are professional so his family got two cars).
Wondering if next move is to change a bit on ERP hmmm... This is more sensitive as it touch the top ppl themselves daily life.

Experiment need guinea pig mah. So adult taking public transport is their guinea pig. Notice they don't dare touch elderly concessions and school children yet. Also for car ppl don't dare touch wait cannot pay ERP correctly?
