They are already listed in US.
Like Daiwa House Logistics Trust also already listed in Japan, these are major global brand not like our local kachiam puteh con job.
Now all these companies want to further invest as we move forward with covid, I see a good opportunity to jump into their bandwagon.

Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) has an exceptional track record of creating shareholder value. Since its initial public offering in late 2004, the data center real estate investment trust (REIT) has generated a roughly 2,400% total return, absolutely crushing the S&P 500's nearly 440% total return during that period.

Digital Realty is expanding globally as demand for data accelerates. For Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: DLR), bold strategic moves are nothing new. The San Francisco-based firm became the first listed data center REIT with its initial public offering in 2004.

Public offer size too small only around 10mil
Backed by many cornerstones
If apply for ipo may get zero slots n have to pay for fx fees
A reit recycling assets into a reit... conflict of interests... some properties too old... a dumping ground into this reit?
Can subscribe now... Application closing on 2 Dec Thur

If you apply only 1000  shares, money not refunded means you got it.

If apply more than 2000 shares, you should get partial or full refund by now.

But isn't it a good buy as from IPO US 88cents now up to USD 1.13cents? as long as u make on capital ..
(definitely buying non SGD currency will have its currency risk, and higher yield are kinda make up for it otherwise won't entice investor)
One of the rare IPO that price went while most are down ..
should have tikam some when was at USD 88cents.
