In the first place, our own Govt is not even serious about clamping down scams 1 or 4 years ago. So why should banks be bothered?
now all banks/telcos phone line is press buttons until you give up.

Singapore is really gone case. It is MAS duty to punish banks. especially DBS, for their lapse in customers protections against scammers. Why easily let scammers break thru their website even bypassing customers awareness?
