☕ Man finds it 'unreasonable' when coffee shops don't sell hot water, says some people need it for health reasons

"When I patronised coffee shops or food courts in the past, asking for a cup of hot water was free. But recently, several coffee shops have been charging for hot water. It used to be 10 cents, and gradually became 30 cents and then 50 cents.

As coffee shop owner I presume own drinks stall they have the right not to sell I think. From customer point of view I pay monies why no sell to me. So the issue arises and argue. Me I just avoid the coffee shop lor unless will die if don't patronize.
Ever since Covid, I have stop dining in at coffeeshop and food court. I don’t even know how much a can of drink cost now.
