Can those Singaporeans @ 55 yo and above still able to find well paid Jobs?
Any possibility average salary S$120,000 a year?
Has the retirement age moved higher?
Difficult to find decent job after 50s.

Age is a big problem to find job in Sg even you have a good qualification.
Even worse, got to go for blue collar job.

If they are not earning at least S$5000 a month (S$60K a year) how to survive the high costs of living in Singapore?

This is much tougher than I thought for qualified Singaporeans to earn S$120,000 + 3 months bonus (total S$150,000 a year)
Looks impossible with slowing down economy and employment conditions..bleak

Dun say 55 yrs old, if you're in your 40s already difficult to find jobs. If found, usually must take pay cut.

More than 10 years ago, I read ST about a MNC IT regional mgr, 44yo was retrenched to set up his own Bak Chor Mee stall with an ex colleague.
Not easy for both of them..
He must be in his early 60s now, hopefully he's doing well today.
