Calling an ambulance will cost you a bomb, it costs you not $100-200 but $1000, which is not covered under Medicare, so you must buy medical insurance as Medicate system is not reliable.

when you are young is OK, however when you are over 70, calling an ambulance once in a while due to heart attack, coma or other medical problems is very common. FYI, elderly monthly social benefit payout is $900+, less than the cost of calling an ambulance.

the medicare system works well last time when medical treatment is cheap, nowadays, everything gets more snd more expensive, the system is no longer sustainable.
Dental expenses are also not covered under Medicare system, must pay out of own pocket, annual polishing and cleanup cost $300-350 average...more expensive than in Spore.

$100-200 is only afforadble for those who earn ard 5k not for those earning 3 k for a family of 5

I only used my Medicare card less than 5 times. Medicine will easily cost you $20-35, however you can ask the pharmacists to give you a cheaper brand that costs less.
