A Korean man in his 20s went to Milan, Italy for sightseeing with his friends, but unfortunately encountered local racial discrimination and robbery. 

The man claimed that he was attacked by black men in Corso Como, a bustling area of Milan. They not only deliberately made monkey noises to mistook him for a Chinese, but also sprayed a liquid suspected to be pepper spray into his eyes, and finally took away his mobile phone and other items. 

Valuable objects. Even if he asked the local police for help, he could not get effective help.

But black men not real locals! They are immigrants from Africa. There are even more in  Rome especially around the main train station touting wares on the side streets!

They are not racist but target Chinese tourists thinking they are rich!
