The congressman, who even took his challenge to the US Supreme Court, could have refused to answer questions by invoking his right against self-incrimination under the Constitution’s Fifth Amendment.
Instead, he reportedly “turned on a dime ‘and threw Trump under the bus’” in the Fulton County case, according to a new book about the prosecution.
“After Graham was finished testifying, he bumped into Fani Willis in a hallway and thanked her for the opportunity to tell his story,” the book states.
