can NTUC do something about this discrimination?

This is so common. She can complain and they will cook up some.justification that she cannot perform etc.

Nothing will be done. This has gone on for long time.

If she is not fired she will go on maternity and company does not want this. Because during her maternity leave they have to go find someone to fill her position ...then when she come back they have to ask the other person to go?

Unless it is a big company with many staff to move around,  small operations will just find some excuse to fire the staff.
Nothing iis done.

I believe the hivt knows this but will not take action.

They need virgin to handle this virgin coconut so to make the drink?
