"Trustana appears to have lost over 40% of its staff this year, while over one-third of Affinidi’s staff apparently exited the company, according to LinkedIn data.

In addition, the staff count of LemmaTree – the parent firm of these three startups – has dropped by roughly 50% to 16 people, with departures mainly from the HR and other compliance teams, Linkedin data shows. The few that remain in LemmaTree are largely working in its investment team."

Typical model that works is ask these new startup bid govt projects to do. So many are like that and I work in one of them. Black and white is Pte Ltd but 95% of their projects are govt projects. Go figure.

It’s tough to hear that startups are struggling, especially when they’ve got big backing like Temasek. I once worked with a small startup that faced some serious challenges early on. They had great ideas but needed help with their business model. After some brainstorming and adjustments, they found their footing and started to thrive.
