Suggestions Singapore Education Minister must seek clarification as to why Singapore isn't included in the list?
Singapore is looking for an explanation.
Singapore is ranked world's 3rd toughest education but Singapore education system is not ranked among World's Top Ten Best Education.
Why is toughest not the best?

tough is due to memorising.....countries that ranked best education will put a zero if student purely memorise and write down the same answer

To make our list of the countries with the best education in the world, we ranked countries based on their annual education spending as a percentage of their gross domestic product (GDP), the number of highly ranked universities in each country, and the years of schooling for young adults.
Then, since the GDP percentage does not account for large differences in GDP, its weight was reduced and the weights of education index and number of universities were increased
