With a PhD is electronics he can easily get a lecturer job in a polytechnic or university here....Wasted talent..

Depends on where he got his degrees. There are many useless polytechnics and Uni in UK where you can easily get a degree and PhD.

Go to MOE, have specialist jobs for him..

Most polytechnics and universities in UK are accredited institution of  higher learning....therefore it is recognized here....

uk's phd compared to us/canada a lot easier and much faster.

There are many things he could have better applied himself to, yet he seems proud of what he is doing. He happy can already. I can only roll eyes.
