I think issue may had been there for a while, may not just happened these 2 days suddenly , there are peoples not able to approved their digital tokens weeks before, intermittently
Problems only started to compound 2 days ago, strangely now only they picks up the problem
Many years ago one institution had an outage, turned out their computer was due to they run out of disk space, business was shut whole day
