Only insecure bosses will prevent their ex-staff from joining a competitor.

Shopee is now really shop pee pee pee their pants. No only unsuccessful but will have to pay costs. SG company but Ah Tiong mentality.

I know someone who was initial shopee employee and bet the farm after IPO. Made 100m++. Retire became investor

manager and above sure can be sued

non competitive agreement cannot be apply to non-executive role
