This is even as signs of the policy failure become increasingly obvious with EV graveyards popping up all over China.

Why EV car sales lost power?  Understand they cut subsidies end of last year.  Many are waiting for the price to drop and see if the economy will pick up. If this were to continue, some manufacturers will go bankrupt.
