In SG, if we don't answer calls, emails or WhatsApp from our bosses after office hours, then we are seen as "clock watchers" and uncommitted employees.

Spore bosses treat staff like slaves, can call them after office even after midnight, can call them back office for meetings on weekends. Can reject their leave application and call them while they are on holiday in overseas.
