Well done lah, PSP!  

PSP said that reserves will continue to grow even if we use them. But how to grow it leh? Only talk about spending but very vague on how to grow the reserve. If one earn $100, is he going to spend $99, thinking that he can earn $100 everytime?

This is a good initiatives to hv Oppositions to check Govt on any implementations of useless and redundant policies.
