👮 Driver flees to Malaysia after BKE hit-and-run kills motorcyclist

The police said in a statement on Feb 8 that the suspect had fled to Malaysia immediately after the accident. He did not stop to assist the injured. He also did not report the accident to the police within 24 hours.

if he had stopped, at most 2 years ban or 2 weeks jail

now at least 4 years ban and 6 months jail

but he didnt know, camera in expressway is the most detail one

By then cannot detect alcohol if if he was drunk.
