Question- Quarantine Free travel is not SHN Free Travel, right?

So, if they tested positive at JB/ Woodlands Checkpoint, must stay in Govt SHN facility and pay $2k?

My malaysian colleagues applying leave and will be back 1st week of December.
She cant hid her happiness.

if one passenger tested +ve, what will happen to all other passengers? if no shn, may spread to entire kampong

Then how are they going to come back spore?
What i know is;
1. 2 days before going malaysia, do a test ART?
2. Reach jb custom, do a test again ART?
3. If come back to spore, how?
