Can’t get it they increase property tax now claim reduce ?
Most already stuck in higher band right ?

What I curious is they claim lower property tax but they claim see the property market. Not sure how it works out.
Just remember that find ways to suck us dry.
Increasing property tax for OWNER OCCUPIED properties was one way
For owner-occupied residential properties, the property tax rates will be increased from 4% to 16% currently, to 5% to 23% in 2023, and 6% to 32% in 2024. This increase applies only to the portion of the annual value of more than $30,000.
