Looks like Israel is surrounded by Muslim countries if this happen. Dun think Israel can handle a situation like this and US might have to land troops and open a front to save the them.

Yes! Israel will need US help. Jordan and Egypt army are much stronger than before. Their weapons are also more sophisticated and deadly. Drones alone has proven to be very effective in taking out tanks. I think US help alone is not enough.
