7hrs more than enough
Usually 4  hours.  Last night 2 hrs. Woke up hard on breathing. Dare not sleep again. Take deep breath-in, breath-out. Think Respiratory system kenna choked up by booster vaccine effect inflammation. Placed finger under nose - like no air go in and out. Took decogen hoping it will clear nasal blockage if any. Then went back to bed to try to sleep again.  Fortunately,  fell asleep woke up 3 hrs later by my dog cries.
