It's usually the seasoning powder that is the problem. Noodle itself not poisonous.

I love my instant noodles... I just want to be around long enough to settle stuff so my family is in good shape then I can go.

Why is it that only Asians like to eat instant noodles? I have never seen ang moh addicted to instant noodles.

Why singkees never or seldom get such warnings? Be it instant noodle, beef or fish? How about veggies, chickens or fruits?

Health aside. 
It's definitely delicious and cheap.
Easy and convinent.
