Which begs the question why the Govt is absorbing tens of thousands of unemployed Indian PMEs?

Typically, when the employer screws up, the job applicant pays the price i.e. wasted time, effort and expense of travelling and preparing for the interview.

Those Ministers in White are parachuted or given a job in a gold plate. They will never understand the plight of average Joe. None of them ever used Career Future and do not need 3 rounds of interview just for $5k job.

That is totally untrue. I am handsome and have a full head of hair; thanks to the excellent genes from my father and grandfather.

Need to reveal the job seeker age and the jobs he applied for. If he applied to be cleaner or security guard for e.g I don't think so little interviews. Cleaner need toilet cleaning certificate so it is a respectable profession.

Need to brush up the resume first.
In your resume, need to advertise yourself machiam like cream of the crop.(I Ching wisdom, 做人一定要懂得吹牛。）

Job requirements must be at least 70% match.

If not, no point to flood your job application.
