Young and jobless in Malaysia: The country faces a youth unemployment crisis, with youths accounting for 76% of Malaysia’s jobless. And about 5-6 million students are set to graduate this year, even while job creation in 2023 has slowed down.

A researcher dives into what this issue means for Malaysia and the region: https://cna.asia/3uXOmhG

Affirmative Action has resulted in not only a levelling down of talent, but the continued exodus of genuine talents from the Chinese, Indian and Eurasian communities to S'pore and the West. The Malaysian Govt keeps shooting itself in the foot.

Surely, the Malay politicians must know by now that if they find the Chinese and Indians more intelligent than their people, they must learn from the minority races - not envy, fear and marginalise them.

When the people in charge spent all their waking time thinking of how to enrich themselves, the cuntry will go down the drain.
No foreign investment, no bright ideas to improve the economy, etc, the cuntry sure to go bankrupt.

Owing to institutionalised racism, the 3rd or 4th tier of talent is running Malaysia. The 1st and 2nd tier have either left the country for greener pastures or are in the private sector. The Malays know only too well that they lack the drive and intellect to compete with the other races. The result is a levelling down of talent as well as an exodus. S'pore has absolutely no economic competition from our neighbours.
You must thank them for being lazy, else we would hv a hard time

As long as Affirmative Action remains in place, S'pore has nothing to fear from Malaysia, because they continue to shoot themselves in the foot.
