The stock was $0.794 per share because it is an ETF the lot size is 1 share only. That is how I ended up with only 1 share.
I used a broker with no minimum commission. 

Whet happened when I saw the statement is this.
Because of rounding all the fees and commission is rounded to zero. And I was charged $0.79 for the stock which cost 0.794 due tk rounding.

You offer 1 dollar than dam fast

Guru aso can make such mistake?

1 share still entitle you to go for the shareholders meeting?

I immedioately hit the 'ask' price and be done ...
