People with HIV in Singapore no longer need to inform sexual partners that they are HIV+ if they have an "undetectable viral load" that is maintained over time.

But people who aren’t sure if they are carrying the virus, or have reason to believe that they might, still must let their sexual partners know of the risk. https://cna.asia/3wCliwA
To protect the public, I suggest to made HIV people tattoo a small H on their forehead
Wait to see a surge in HIV cases!
Ah Beng got HIV, ah Lian don’t know …
Ah Beng pump ah Lian then later …
Ah Lian look for ah Seng, and let him pump her…
Then Ah Seng got it and later go pump ah hui …
Now ah hui got it … she gave a good bye kiss to her foreign worker …
… foreign worker work in elite house, pass to one of the maid…
What comes around goes around… good luck

The whole PM Faggot Office should put "H" on top of the building.
