To settle with sct, there must be a proper tenancy agreement signed and stamp duty paid. Else both parties will get into troubles

Don’t pay rent for a year but eviction needs another one years to apply is too slow and creates more legal problem. Property Agencies should be able to hire CISCO and 2 Bouncers to evict the tenant within 3 mths.
