Jail for man who stalked his ex-counsellor for a month, harassed preschool teacher

A man who stalked his former counsellor and harassed a preschool teacher has been sentenced to jail. A psychiatrist found that he is a "psychopath" who is likely to reoffend:

A walk-in patient at IMH demanded to see a doctor immediately because he claimed to be invisible. The doc replied: "I am extremely busy. I can't see you right now". 

These people could be violent when unprovoked
