S'pore should start conscripting women into 2 years of full-time NS in non-combat vocations such as nurses, admin/clerical staff, store personnel etc.

Can give them the option :

Either marry and give birth to 2 kids within 5 years or join military service!

Non-combat vocations aren't much different from most civilian jobs except having to wear a military uniform.
