1. Saddam Hussein ordered his son in law to secretly destroy his WMDs without telling his own generals.
2. Saddam was confused as to whether CIA knew or did not know he had WMD....he thought CIA knew he had no WMD ...that is why he did not bother to try to prove his innocence...because the thought they were wanted to oust his regime regardless...
