Why are our lawmakers always reactive and never proactive?  It is only after videos emerge from the public about able bodied riders of PMAs ferrying their families around that the authorities start to consider enforcement of the law? Are they sleeping on the job?

just restrict the speed limited to 5 or 7 km/h should be ok...

Those who cannot afford the COE are using PMAs to ferry the family around.
This morning saw one speeding on the highway. At first I thought it was a motorcycle but on closer look was a PMA with a fit looking young guy.        Big Grin
