李家超回答：美国爱国者法案只用两天就通过了，但是香港的23条就提了26年

HK and Spore are converging. They're becoming more like Spore while our living conditions are approaching theirs.

Considering that HK is one of the cities of China, why be so surprised that they could pass a law so quickly?

only once in a while go hk ok to me.
next time go china direct, by pass hk only.
but then china same type of law. how does it affect me?
zero effect. don't bother.

keep passing such laws then see what happens to HK in the long run.
