Only an imbecile will not know that the timing of these charges against the Leader of the Opposition is politically motivated. If the ruling party is for the people, by the people and of the people, then why are they so insecure? Why are they going for absolute power in Parliament? Why are they so determined to fix up the Opposition?

Dunno whether his accusation will invite a law suit or not? Later he's charged for questioning the integrity of our judicial system lol.
