Today is the hottest I experienced. Every Sunday I go Loyang temple.  Feel like 40 plus while walking to the bus stop, till nearly faint

It has been happening at my condo for almost 2 decades. I notice certain residents who do not swim, but go to the changing rooms with bag in hand and emerge 10 mins later with wet hair and a change of clothes.
