Iras said in a statement on Wednesday (Dec 1) that the AV will be revised upwards by 4 per cent to 6 per cent, with effect from January next year,

So easy to increase property tax on HDB dwellers, but why so difficult to increase property tax on 2nd/3rd/4th properties as a form of wealth tax?

I know this will be coming(revised annual value).....cos they had spent so much in battling the Covid-19..... Angry
