苦中作乐。  They banned iron ore,  iron ore price went up,  they banned coal,  coal price went up.    Now ease a bit,  damn happy but suffering more than 2 years never mention.

CCP is shooting its own feet. Cutting own nose to spite the face. There are more effective ways to tekan the Aussies, such as not recognising any degrees from AU universities in China, banning CN tourists from AU. Hurt them where it hurts but not hurting yourself.

True, but CN also hurts itself since its economy is dependent on iron ore and coal. Mutual damage. Education and tourism are where AU is somewhat dependent on CN but not the other way round.
