i suppose could be countries w many fresh water lakes like canada new zealand n some scandivane countries of norway finland sweden 

saudi arabian countries w no lakes will hv many problem on that issues

Vancouver's mountain snow water is quite clean and good

Whereas the tap water in many places in California are not drinkable, contains too much minerals.
