Learn from our Government, contract workers no need to pay retrenchment benefits. If less than 12 months contract, no need to pay 13th month salary nor bonus.

Also easy to explain to mom if the guy self resign and then complain to mom.

Don't waste time with Mom who is on the employers ' side.
