Caught this woman littering outside NTUC and I called her twice. She ended up walking faster instead.

Actually, if people litter and kill others

It is considered MURDER.

Shouldn't they be fined, jailed and even caned?

Condo management can easily arrange for companies to clean up weekly

HDB must remove/ drill hole/ cover the old bamboo pole holders

Town Council remove stagnant water alternate days
