Temasek sold NOL for $3bil in 2015. Essentially it sold NOL for cheap, then doubled down on the losses by topping up that money to buy Bayer.

maybe under table agreement, then money transfer to personal account, who knows these days anything is possible. if not how come so many investment make such BIG losses in just few months after acquired, as if like there is no acquisition process.

Most OECD Central banks raised interest rates 8 to 10 X while CPF Board kept OA @ 2.50% pa. unchanged.

CPF Board SA S$100 billion AuM X 1.50%/100 = S$1,500,000,000 per annum.
CPF Board under paid its SA members by S$1.5 billions a year.

By not increasing 1% to 2.50% p.a.,(IE 3.50% p.a.), CPF members were under paid by S$5,000,000,000 a year.
