S'poreans are fast becoming a minority in our own country so it is probably foreigners who brought the same uncivil and uncouth habits from wherever they came from, to our shores.

How did the writer confirm they are Singaporeans?

Such low class behaviour is perpetrated by a sizeable minority of Sinkies, but thankfully, the majority do not behave like that in public.
