Not easy to cheat ppl in USA when come to investment money.
It is a bad decision to house and feed him for free in Changi Hotel for 3 years and 3 months after he had stolen and kept 18 million dollars from us.
Should just castrate him and sent him back to US. If he returns the stolen 18 million, we can return his 2 balls back to him.
